Classes, Retreats & Workshops
Felicia teaches meditation on zoom to any location, and in-person primarily in the Gallatin and Flathead Valleys.
She is available to teach classes and lead workshops and retreats further afield in Montana as well.

Private Meditation Classes
Taught in person in or on zoom, once a week for four weeks. If the student wants more support, twice weekly classes are available. Sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes and cost is $120 per person for four sessions, $240 for eight sessions. (maximum three students)
Group Lessons
Taught in person or on zoom, once a week for four weeks. Twice weekly classes are available for three or more students should they want additional support. Sessions are 1 hour and 30 minutes long and cost $100 per person for four sessions, $200 for eight sessions. (three or more students)
Workshops & Retreats
Private or group lessons in person or on zoom. In addition to teaching those new to meditation, Felicia teaches in-depth classes on a variety of subjects to develop your meditation practice. Customized classes or workshops can be arranged if interested. Please check our classes, workshops and retreats schedule or contact Felicia for more information.
The following is a brief look at what will be introduced and taught during a four week-long beginner course:
*Each week your sessions will be recorded so that you can practice with them in between sessions. You will be emailed or texted an audio recording of each week’s guided meditation practice.
Week One
- Mind Breath connection and watching the breath
- Preparatory, pre-meditation breath techniques (used to calm and interiorize the mind) practice diaphragmatic breathing
- Short practice
- Review home practice
Week Two
- Brief practice– share experience – questions
- Practical tips
- Energy – practice techniques to energize the body before meditation to overcome sleepiness, daydreaming, etc.
- Add mantra to meditation – explain mantra and how to use mantra.
- Put it all together and enter the expansion stage of higher conciousness, true meditation
Week Three
- Overcoming obstacles to meditation
- Principles of energy
- Engaging the heart
- Guided meditation practice, combining each step previously learned
Week Four
- Making meditation a daily part of life
- Inspiration
- Meditation practice
- Review Meditation questionnaire
Additional Options
Felicia is available to teach classes, workshops, lead retreats, give continuing and advanced private or group lessons in person or on zoom.
